Our kickboxing class is like no other. We take you on a journey from warm-up, stretching, and bag work. After that, we use strength & conditioning drills in a variety of environments. We use bikes, rowers, running, dumbbells, medicine balls, bodyweight, sandbags, etc. You name it. If it has been proven to work, our coaches know it, then we use it.
If you want more of an endurance workout with some strength and the added benefit of relieving some stress by hitting a punching bag, then this class is for you!
