CrossFIt
Crossfit revolutionized the fitness space. Other group fitness programs that have emerged post Crossfit realized that people will work hard when challenged in a group of like minded people. As a result, most new fitness programs and gyms have leveled up what they previously thought motivated people and can get people to work harder. That’s a good thing! But CrossFit is still the ONLY overall fitness program that offers a measurable and repeatable form of group fitness. It is the only group fitness program that allows for systematic training instead of working out for a feeling. There is an emphasis on the numbers because the numbers reflect accountability. We show improvement through the numbers. When the numbers move, the body changes physically. Crossfit is a game, a challenge, and sport of workouts that are put together, not in a random, but in a purposeful manner. Like pickleball, people love it because of the challenge of mastery. You don’t have to be a tennis pro to enjoy the game and the process of getting better. If you like challenging yourself, if you like mastering new things like it’s a game or sport, then Crossfit is for you! The bonus is your body will change like no other game around!
Personal Training
Working 1-on-1 with a coach is the quickest way to the results you want. When you sign up for Personal Training with us, you’re signing up for a unique program specifically for your current fitness level. Our Coaches will track your progress over the course of your sessions.
We recommend you take advantage of at least one Personal Training session per week along with your Group Classes to ensure maximum results.
Open Gym
Open Gym is just that… a chance for you to come in and use the gym and equipment at your leisure to work on something specific.
Open Gym is open for members and drop-ins at designated times.
Sports Performance
This is pro-level speed, strength & injury prevention training. Take your team or individual training to the next level. We start with teaching and learning methods of how to excecute the squat, clean, deadlift, and presses at a pro level. After that, it’s time to get strong, explosive, and mentally tough! “Impose your will!”
FitCamp Bootcamp
We use bikes, rowers, running, dumbbells, medicine balls, bodyweight, sandbags, etc. You name it. If it has been proven to work, our coaches know it, then we use it. If you want more of an endurance workout with some strength then this class is for you!
It’s a bootcamp style but not just circuits or stations. Our Trainers use many methods such as HIIT, AMRAPs for time, etc.
Classes are 8:30am and 6:30pm on weekdays and 9:00am on Saturdays.
This is the most cost efficient group fitness class around!
