Growing up, I was the least athletic person you could ever meet. I was never involved in sports and steered away from any activity that made me sweat. In 2012, I started taking some kickboxing classes and hiking Kennesaw Mountain. While I liked the feeling of accomplishment that being active brought, my training was sporadic at best. 

In 2013 Crossfit Allatoona opened near my home and while initially I was intimated, I was also intrigued. I walked through those doors and I’ve been hooked ever since!

I fell in love with the Crossfit Allatoona community and the methodology of Crossfit. I am a very goal oriented person. Experiencing how my body changed, how my goals continued to be met, and understanding that what we are doing does not work unless we do, I quickly realized a passion for helping others reach their goals, both through increasing physical fitness and strength, and by building resilience through mindset.

In 2016, I decided it was time to take my fitness journey more seriously. I began coaching Kickboxing group fitness classes along with helping plan and host community bootcamp monthly events. I received my CrossFit Level 1 certification in 2020. As of 2023 I now also have my USAW Weightlifting certification!

I have worked with a wide variety of clients to help them define their goals and then take the steps to reach them. My goal as a coach is to improve lives through effective coaching and encouragement, no matter what stage of fitness an athlete is in currently. I believe in this program and have seen the positive changes it has brought to people’s lives. The work is worth it, and you’ll have our amazing community backing you the entire way.
